Operator: Nektur Labs LLC (“we,” “us”). Contact: support@nekturlabs.com. Initial launch market: United States. Effective date: October 18, 2026.
This policy covers the Liten: GLP-1 Tracker iPhone app and this Liten website. Liten records information that you choose to enter. It does not recommend medication or doses and is not a substitute for medical advice.
Information you enter
You can enter a medication schedule, medication and dose details, dates and times of doses, weight measurements, symptom entries, injection-site entries, and notes. You can edit or delete records and export them as CSV files. Some records may include sensitive health information. Optional reminders use the schedule you enter and the notification permission you choose on your device.
Guest use and accounts
You can use core tracking without registering. Guest health records are kept in a protected local copy on your device and are not uploaded to Cloud Firestore. Firebase Authentication may create an anonymous identity to support a later sign-in, but that identity alone does not upload guest health records.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, Google, or an email link, Firebase Authentication handles the account. Depending on the sign-in method, we and Firebase process an account identifier, email address or provider information needed to authenticate you. Apple or Google may also process information under their own policies when you use their sign-in service.
Free cloud sync for registered accounts is prepared for release. When it is activated in the signed app, the app explains cloud storage before the first upload. For a registered account that accepts it, the schedules, doses, weight and symptom entries, notes, and related record metadata you enter are stored in Cloud Firestore so they can be recovered and synchronized across your devices. The app also keeps a protected local copy for offline use. Cloud sync is independent of a Plus subscription.
Using this website and contacting support
This public site uses Firebase Hosting to deliver its pages. Hosting processes technical requests, including IP address and request details, to serve and protect the site and measure usage. The site itself does not set analytics cookies or load advertising scripts. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send; please avoid sending medication or symptom details unless we specifically need them to resolve your request.
Subscriptions and payments
Liten Plus provides PDF visit reports, recorded trends and injection-site summaries. RevenueCat processes the app user identifier or an anonymous subscription identifier, purchase and entitlement information needed to show subscription access. This integration does not send your tracker records or email address to RevenueCat. Apple processes App Store payments and subscription management. Deleting a Liten account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it through the App Store or the app’s subscription management link.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide tracking, local reminders, account sign-in, optional cloud sync, exports and Plus access; to respond to support requests; and to protect and operate those services. Liten does not send tracker records or notes to analytics or advertising services in the current implementation. We do not use your entries to recommend treatment or doses.
Service providers process information for those purposes: Google Firebase provides Hosting, authentication and, for registered sync users, Cloud Firestore; RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements; Apple handles App Store purchases and Apple sign-in where chosen; and Google handles Google sign-in where chosen. Information you choose to include in a support email is received through that email service. We do not make your records public. See Firebase’s privacy information, RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for more about those providers.
Where information is processed
Registered cloud records are stored in the Cloud Firestore database in us-central1 in the United States. Firebase Authentication operates from U.S. data centers. Firebase and other providers may process service data in other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. If you use Liten outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries with different privacy rules. The initial app launch is planned for the United States.
Security and retention
The app keeps its local archive with iOS file protection. Cloud Firestore uses server-side encryption, access rules and authenticated account access. This is not end-to-end encryption; we do not claim that only you can decrypt cloud records. No online or device storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Guest records stay locally until you remove them or the app’s local data is cleared, subject to device and operating-system backups. An anonymous Firebase Authentication identity may remain in Firebase after the app is removed because automatic anonymous-account cleanup is not enabled; it contains no guest health records in Firestore. Registered cloud records remain while the account exists, unless you delete individual entries or the account. After account deletion, server cleanup removes the cloud record collection asynchronously. A nonclinical deletion marker can remain for seven days after successful cleanup, then becomes eligible for automatic removal. A device that remains offline, or an operating-system backup, can retain a local copy until the device reconnects or the copy is cleared. Apple, Google, RevenueCat and support-email systems may retain account, transaction or correspondence information under their own retention rules or applicable obligations; contact us for help with a specific request.
Your choices and requests
- Use Liten locally: Guest tracking does not upload health records to Firestore.
- Control reminders: Reminders are optional and can be changed in the app or iPhone settings.
- Export: In the app, open History → Export history and choose the relevant free CSV export.
- Delete records: Edit or delete individual entries in the app. Registered users can delete their account from Settings → Account → Delete account after verification and confirmation. See account deletion instructions.
- Ask us: Email support@nekturlabs.com for privacy questions, access or deletion help, or if you cannot use the in-app deletion flow. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when Liten’s data practices change and show a new effective date. Material changes affecting cloud records should also be explained in the app before they apply to existing local records.
